Recruitment and Screening
- Recruits and screens applicants, using the most appropriate techniques and the best methodology in selecting qualified candidates.
- Includes qualified candidates in the labor pool (Pooling).
- Conducts series of test, including Psychological and I.Q test.
- Provides venues for Employers and Candidates for interviews and screenings.
Interview and Processing
- Call, chat, text and talk face to face to applicants to assess their skills and areas for improvement (AFI).
- Provides assistance in securing and renewing necessary employers’ permits and licenses.
Assists candidates in securing requirements, biometrics, insurance, contracts, work visa and other certificates from different government agencies.
Documentation and Certification
Fil-Gulf Manpower and General Services Inc. assists in the processing of the applicants’ documents, like passports, NBI clearance, Fit-to-Work medical certificate, etc., to expedite their deployment. Each destination country has an assigned Account Holders that ensures all applicants’ requirements are complied with before they are deployed.
Mobilization and Pooling
The company maintains a large computerize data base of applicants for easy reference. After being notified by the principals, we immediately mobilize by searching our data base. Additional pooling is also achieved through Special Recruitment Activities (SRA) in different provinces, JOBSFAIR and Total Manpower Solution. We constantly pool applicants and help them comply with the necessary requirements. During processing of their requirements, we take care of their transportation from accommodation to office and vice versa with the company’s fleet of 10 vehicles.
Line-up and Selection
Fil-Gulf Manpower and General Services Inc. has qualified Recruitment Officers (RO) who can perform the selection of workers in behalf of the clients. Most of our clients prefer that we conduct the pre-selection for them. The company takes full responsibility for qualifying each worker that it selects. The processing of the workers is fast because of the assistance and efficiency of our Liaison Officers (LO) that connects our company to various institutions and government offices.
Air Booking and Deployment
Clients may send E-TICKETs or have Fil-Gulf Manpower and General Services Inc. purchase the tickets on their behalf, we can purchase tickets directly from various airlines and we always look for the cheapest fares to afford our clients with more favorable rates and booking privileges. The workers’ flight schedules are forwarded to their respective employers. Employers are immediately notified of any changes in the workers’ flight itineraries. Fil-Gulf Manpower and General Services Inc. also informs the employers of the contracts, salaries and other agreements with the workers.
OFW Welfare Monitoring
Fil-Gulf Manpower and General Services Inc. monitors workers even after their deployments abroad. The reporting to the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), of the status and conditions of all deployed workers, are regularly done every three months. This starts from the date of deployment of the worker; but for critical and significant status, e.g. when a worker’s life may be in danger, we do it within five working days after we receive the call for help/rescue. As much as possible, we try to contact our workers every month through their cell phone numbers, Facebook Messenger, Imo, Viber and/or Whatsapp.
