OPERATIONS MANAGER

Nathanael Alviso is the key executive responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company. He manages IT and the Filgulf websites, collaborates with service providers like medical clinics, handles suppliers, issues Memorandums, and oversees field recruiters as their Recruitment Manager. Additionally, he lays-out company IDs, designs marketing materials (e.g. company uniforms, videos, flyers, tarpaulins, brochures, Company Profile magazine and Company Folder) and monitors applicants abroad, ensuring the orgnization’s efficiency and success.

Recruitment Manager

Jeanelle Morales is the recruitment manager in charge of marketing. She communicates with foreign organizations to expand the company’s network and secure job orders. Her efforts led to successful partnerships with Qatar, Singapore and Hong Kong. She is currently negotiating with future foreign recruitment agencies in Europe and UK.

Field Recruitment Manager

Ronald Teoxon is the field recruitment manager that takes care of the marketing of the Fil-Gulf brand on a national level. He makes use of social media marketing and a vast network of contacts in the provinces to bring applicants to Filgulf.

Cagayan Branch Manager

Marieta Cabasag is the branch manager in charge of our office in Cagayan. Under her astute leadership, she was able to mobilize the recruitment staff there to do flyers distribution, conduct Special Recruitment Activities, facilitate applicant interviews and screening, and update the Main Office regularly of the status of our applicants in the North of the country.

Davao Branch Manager

Dianna Joy Gamboa, an adept Branch Manager, skillfully oversee the operations of our Davao Branch, ensuring its success and efficiency.

Frequently Asked Questions

Accredited kami ng Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) with License #: DMW-100-LB-05292023-R na valid hanggang June 10, 2027. Makikita rin sa website na ito ang aming mga Job Orders na may stamp at approved ng Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO).

Karamihan sa mga Job Orders namin lalo na sa DH ay walang Placement Fee. Kung babae ka at mag-apply na DH sa Saudi, may allowance ka pang P5,000.00 mula sa amin at sagot na rin namin lahat ng documentation, passporting, process, medical, training at pati pamasahe mo mula sa probinsiya.

Sa mga skilled worker naman, susundin natin ang itinakda ng POEA na rate na one month salary bilang Placement Fee. Bilang skilled worker, gastos nyo rin po ang Medical ninyo.

Dalawang klase po ang illegal recruiters. Ang isa ay madaling makilala sapagkat manghihingi kaagad ng pera sa inyo. Ang isa naman ay sisilawin kayo sa malaking perang ibibigay sa inyo pero ibebenta naman kayo sa mga among malulupit o may kaso at blocklisted na sa ating POLO Office sa ibang bansa. Ugaliing hingian ng ID ng agency ang mga recruiter ninyo at hanapan sila ng Special Recruitment Authority (SRA) mula sa POEA bilang patunay na sila ay nagpaalam sa inyong local PESO office.

Simula po sa 24 years old hanggang 45 years old. Kung ex-abroad ka naman at magaling na cook o lady driver, tatanggapin ka namin kahit lampas ka nang 50 years old.

Sa Hong Kong po ay hindi libre ang process, medical at training. Tanging plane ticket ninyo lang mula Manila hanggang HK ang sinasagot ng employer ninyo. Kung first timer kayo, gagastos kayo ng P40,000.00 para sa Medical, TESDA, PDOS at OWWA training.  Sa mga ex-abroad, nasa P32,000.00 na lang magagastos dahil hindi na kayo mag TESDA Training. Dagdag ninyo pa ang bayad sa Accommodation na P150/day para sa pagkain at tulugan. Kung wala pa kayong ganun kalaking pera, try nyo muna mag Saudi, Qatar, Jordan o Malaysia, libre ang process, medical, trainings at maging accommodation, transportation at pagkain sa mga bansang ito.
